Permalloy laminated and interlocked cores are magnetic core assemblies manufactured by stamping Permalloy strips into laminations and then stacking and interlocking them. Featuring high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and low core loss, they are critical components for precision transformers, instrument transformers, and various electromagnetic devices. Our Permalloy laminated and interlocked cores are available in two material series: 80% Nickel (typical grades 1J79/1J85) and 48~50% Nickel (typical grades 1J50), offered in EI, toroidal, C-core, and other shapes. Our products are widely used in audio equipment, telecommunications, power protection, instrumentation, and other fields.
