Product name:Permalloy Strips (48~50% Ni, 1J50)
Specifications:1J50
Product Notes:
Product categories:Raw Materials
48~50% Nickel Permalloy is a soft magnetic alloy primarily composed of approximately 48–50% nickel and 50% iron, featuring high saturation magnetic flux density and good initial permeability, making it one of the most balanced series in the Permalloy family in terms of overall performance. Our 48~50% Nickel Permalloy strips, grade 1J50, are manufactured using vacuum melting and precision cold-rolling processes, suitable for various magnetic devices and electromagnetic components.
KEY FEATURES:
• Highest saturation magnetic flux density among Permalloy alloys, Bs up to 1.5–1.6T, suitable for high flux density applications;
• Good initial permeability, μi up to 20,000–50,000;
• Low coercivity and low hysteresis loss, effectively reducing energy loss during cyclic magnetization;
• High Curie temperature, broad operating temperature range, and excellent thermal stability;
• Excellent workability, with high plasticity supporting stamping, etching, winding, laser cutting, and other processing methods.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:
• High-frequency low-voltage transformers and pulse transformer cores, for 50/60Hz to low-frequency power electronic equipment;
• Current transformers and ground fault interrupter magnetic devices, for applications requiring high saturation flux density;
• Magnetic amplifiers and choke cores, for power control and filtering circuits;
• Micromotors and relay electromagnetic components, for automation control and precision drive systems.
