Leveraging high-precision progressive stamping dies and bending equipment, we can manufacture micro-bending parts with intricate geometries and compact dimensions. We strictly guarantee the bending angle accuracy and positioning tolerances of mounting holes/slots for U-shapes, L-shapes, and various irregular structures, ensuring perfect fit within the confined spaces of PCBs or micro-modules.

This ensures that the material maintains excellent initial permeability (μi) even in its miniature form, precisely absorbing and diverting localized stray magnetic fields to provide reliable magnetic protection for adjacent sensitive electronic components.
4. Clean & Consistent Surface Condition
The products undergo precise deburring, cleaning, and passivation/anti-corrosion treatments. The edges are smooth and free of burrs, with a uniform natural metallic finish (or optional surface plating based on requirements). This eliminates the risk of electrical short circuits caused by burr detachment and meets the cleanliness standards for high-precision electronic assembly.
