1. High-Rigidity Complex Frame & Cavity Machining

Through turn-mill combination centers or precisely coordinated multi-step processes, we achieve accurate machining of 3D structures such as cylindrical flanged bases and polygonal cavities. 3. Stable Magnetic Shielding & Permeability Performance
Manufactured from high-nickel (approx. 80%) Permalloy material. Unlike sheet metal bending, machined components are formed through material removal, preserving the material's intrinsic grain structure and permeability characteristics to the greatest extent. Through proper stress-relief aging treatments, they maintain stable high initial permeability (μi) under complex loading conditions, effectively eliminating external magnetic field interference.
