1. High-Precision Sheet Metal Forming
Utilizing high-precision CNC punch presses or laser cutting equipment, along with precision bending dies, we strictly control dimensional tolerances for complex shapes, irregular cutouts, mounting tabs, and flanged edges. The high mating accuracy and excellent assembly consistency among multiple parts significantly improve our clients' assembly efficiency and product yield.


2. Excellent Mechanical Performance & Structural Rigidity

Through optimized sheet metal bending designs, the overall rigidity of the components is significantly enhanced without adding extra thickness. Furthermore, precision processing preserves the uniform physical properties inherent to the Permalloy sheet, ensuring structural stability and resistance to deformation under demanding operating conditions.


3. Stable High-Permeability Magnetic Shielding

Manufactured from high-nickel (approx. 80%) Permalloy material, combined with strict post-processing (such as stress relief or protective atmosphere annealing) after stamping and bending, our components effectively eliminate internal stresses caused by cold working. This maintains the material's high initial permeability (μi) and maximum permeability (μmax), allowing it to efficiently absorb and shield external stray electromagnetic fields, creating a magnetically "quiet" space for internal precision circuits.
