Permalloy toroidal cores are closed-loop magnetic cores manufactured by winding Permalloy strips and subsequently hydrogen annealing them. Featuring high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, low core loss, and a gapless magnetic circuit, they are ideal core solutions for precision transformers, instrument transformers, chokes, and various electromagnetic devices. Our Permalloy toroidal cores are available in two material series: 80% Nickel (typical grades 1J79/1J85) and 48~50% Nickel (typical grades 1J50). Custom outer diameters, inner diameters, heights, and strip thicknesses are available upon request. Our products are widely used in audio equipment, telecommunications, power protection, instrumentation, and other fields.
